But why would you use this? It gets completely outclassed by the buff banner because you lose 50 HP, afterburn is worse than minicrits, and the charge rate is increased by 50% for no reason??? The arsonist can just melee you and use the shotgun to kill you because you only have 150 HP. The only use case i can think of is just screwing over that one combo arsonist because they cant use the TDA and Flare guns on you.
It would be more balanced if the charge rate is 40% shorter instead of 50% longer, as that would give it a reason to use over the buff banner. Arsonist's flamethrower does minicrits instead of a 50% damage increase because that doesn't fit the game at all. Please remove the take no afterburn and replace it with "Your rockets inflict a 5 second afterburn" But have a 75% afterburn penalty or degreaser afterburn. Which adds a 10 Damage total afterburn, making a point blank rocket deal 122 damage total but not one-shot a light class. Also add a 20% reload speed buff which is nice. However, a penalty of a 20% projectile speed and 30% explosion radius penalty. Direct hit rockets will essentially have no AOE at all and a harder to direct hit a flanker. And makes spamming rockets in a choke point harder.
