Hot take: wiki hat doesn’t look that good

*says “no” whilst running away with the escape plan equipped, away from the enraged and angered tc2 wiki staff*

@Rambo mechanic I agree. If I were to rate cosmetics solely on appearance, I probably wouldn't rank the Wiki Hat very high. But, I do think that the vibe it gives is different from almost every other cosmetic in the game, which if you use effectively, can make for cool loadouts.

Look at my Trooper loadout (I only have pics from the wiki hat photoshoot atm).

What other cosmetic could I use to tie the look together? The Driller, maybe The Veteran, but I'd argue that both of those cosmetics wouldn't be able to achieve the same look that the wiki hat is able to.

On paper, the Wiki Hat is an award, but I definitely feel like people treat it more as a reward nowadays.

I will say the original genuine-quality version of the Wiki Hat feels more like an award because I'm assuming back then the developers were going out of their way to grant it to the wiki staffs.

As for the strange-quality ones, pretty much everyone who received one begged for it. (me included...)
