Basic tips for Doctor. I know most people on the wiki don't need these, but I see too many Doctors not following a single principle here.
Supercharge is Doctor's most powerful tool, and the only way to lose it is by dying. So don't die.
The stock medigun is Doctor's most powerful medigun. 8 seconds of full invincibility is extremely strong, both defensively and offensively.
Syringe Crossbow can increase your healing several-fold by just pressing 1, M1, and 2 every couple of seconds.
Stay behind your teammates. Splash damage is a very common threat, and mediguns have a very generous disconnect range.
Don't run into danger. If you're going to be relying on a single person to keep you alive when you currently have more than that, think twice before following.
Speed is important when Supercharging. The guy who is OP needs to be able to maintain line of sight and keep damaging the people they want to kill (aka: BRUTE IS (usually) A BAD SUPERCHARGE TARGET).
Prioritize your heals. The lowest-health person may not be the best option; sometimes the person actively taking damage might be more valuable.
Don't peek. Doctor doesn't need to see an enemy to heal the teammate killing them, and doing so only gives the opportunity for the enemy to attack the Doctor.
Overheal is good. Taking advantage of crit heals to get a guy to 150% in a third of the time is really useful, especially on classes like Brute and Trooper.
Stay aware. The medigun is one of, if not the easiest weapon to use in the entire game, mechanically-speaking. This gives him the opportunity to turn his attention to what is currently happening and what might happen.
Get out of danger before it happens. With enough gamesense, it's not hard to predict what might happen next, and you can respond to that accordingly. If you hear a Trooper pop a banner and several players are putting it to use, then it might be best to fall back, so that you don't die with your team.
Don't be afraid to run away. Doctor is only as good as his team is, so if his team isn't doing much, then it's best for him to stay safe and save his supercharge until they are doing stuff.
Supercharge immediately before it's needed. Don't try and hold out while your patient is actively under fire; it's greedy, doesn't provide much benefit, and usually doesn't work.
Sometimes, pocketing is the best choice. Just keep asking yourself: would my heals be more useful elsewhere?

Booster (idk what name I should do)
Primary accessory, replaces medic backpack
+5 HP regenerated on wearer
-10% movement speed on wearer
Getting an assist will give you and your patient a 50% speed boost for 3 seconds
Getting a kill gives you a 50% speed boost for 5 seconds
Its probably unbalanced but I don’t care
Surgeons’s Stickybomb
Primary weapon
10 second recharge
Throws down a sticky that heals teammates for 100 hp on a direct hit and 50 on a less-direct hit. Uses the pestilence poker animation for throwing
+15% blast radius
Cab be used to blast jump without any self damage
Cannot be used to heal self
Doesn’t deal any damage
Also probably unbalanced
I tried a mobile server for memes and ubered an agent 3 times and we both got top of the leaderboard and won. Trooper and the rest of the team had some opinions but if it works it works. This is just one screenshot but I forgot to get one of the dominations.
Stat numbers themselves aren't specific due to the Super Saw being looked over again (because of the now unneeded nerf), and since this thing would (optimally) end up being adjacent to the Super Saw, It's penalties and rewards would end up changing based on it anyway.
Rewards riskier kills, with the reward of extra Supercharge, and an easier time getting another kill. designed to semi-snowball your own self defense for a time if done correctly, at the cost of your next Supercharge potentially taking longer to charge if you don't get a melee kill with your granted minicrits
The primary reload penalty is your only real penalty to your healing. Although if you use your primary for defense/offense rather than healing, it still has a drawback of dealing damage slower.

Thank you to those who for some reason paid attention to my journey with this goal.
Let me know if i cooked or not xd
Trooper looks really short here, but i PROMISE it's just the perspective.
And yes, the Malicious Railcannon from hit game ULTRAKILL is just a placeholder as it gets across the idea of team-coloured lights and electricity being visible
