Damage taken while scoped/charge reduces X amount of charge

For like 4 years now this Sniper Rifle model from the TC2 Pre-Rehaul has completely irritated me. Because it's the only weapon we have yet to identify as any TF2 workshop/FPSBanana weapon.
Upon initial examination this model seemed to heavily resemble the TF2 stock Sniper Rifle model, but with slight modifications, the image with the Red Circle shows similarities, the one with the blue circle is differences
Now, at first I was just gonna end the investigation there and say that this was just the stock Sniper Rifle with modifications, however later on I decided to open up the model in Roblox Studio and there was some proof in here that it can't possibly be the TF2 sniper rifle.
Now, here's the 2 sniper rifles compared in Roblox Studio.

Compared to the revolver:
reloads its entire clip at once
Fires one bullet per shot that deals 65 damage
+ 33% clip size bonus
+ 25% less damage fall off
+ 30% more accurate
- 10% firing speed
- 50% less damage ramp up
Alt fire: a charged shot that Mini crits on headshot and Pierces damage resistance effects/bonuses

Like- (almost) always there was a marksman in every server but after the updates, marksman got less popular.. what happend there?
The marksmans i see today are just new players or battle marksmans

Here I'm seeing what weapons would be made if the stats of certain melee weapons were applyed to a sniper rifle.
I don't about if these weapons are balanced or not, these are mostly more the shits and giggles.
Candy Rifle (Candy Cane):
[+] On kill: Regain +25% health (equivalent to a Small Health Kit)
[-]-40% max primary ammon on wearer
Sandman:
[+] On hit: Slows enemy (equivalent to the Sandman slowdown) for 3-9 seconds based on charge)
[+] -20% damage penalty
Wrap Assassin:
[+] On hit: Applies bleed for 4-10 seconds depending on charge. If charged up to 50% or higher, the bleed effect is applied to all enemies surrounding the target (explosion radius equivalent to a normal pipebomb).
[+] +50% charge rate
[-] -65% damage penalty
Brooklyn Blaster:
[+] On hit: Bleed for 3-9 seconds based on charge
[+] +20% damage bonus
[+] On miss: Hit yourself with the damage and bleed effect of an uncharged bodyshot

This is a theoretical crossover between Typical Colors 2 and After The Flash, two of my favorite Roblox Games ever. Like Tf2 Crossovers this will include Cosmetics and Weapons but also one map concept. If I leave an area on a Mercenary blank it means I couldn’t think of anything and I’m willing to take suggestions and add them in
Cosmetics
Flanker: Flanker becomes a Mutant Sprinter, gaining Green or Red skin depending on the team and two spikes coming out of his back
Trooper: Trooper gets the USCPF Jumpsuit and the USCPF Helmet + Goggles, these are team colored

Brute: Brute gets Robot Armor, The SLF Mk1 and Mk2 Suits, Mk1 for GRN Team and Mk2 for RED Team
Mechanic: Mechanic gets a Prosthetic Eye on his head and a Patchwork Prosthetic on his left leg, using this cosmetic will also change your Construction and Destruction PDA Menus to look like the Menus from After The Flash: Mirage
Doctor:
Marksman: Marksman will get a similar outfit to the character on the cover art of After The Flash: Mirage but with added Team Colored Elements
Agent: Agent also becomes a Mutant, gaining Green or Red skin depending on the team and getting a Scorpion Tail on her back

Flanker: A reskin of The Brooklyn Basher that has Flanker attack with the spikes on his back called “The Sprinter’s Spikes” and a new weapon concept entirely, it's called “The Mischief’s Molotov” this can be thrown and ignite the floor and anyone who walks into it will be set on fire, this will combo with with the Grill Scout

Mechanic: A reskin of The Gunslinger that changes Mechanic’s Right Arm into a Patchwork prosthetic

Agent: Agent’s Scorpion Tail as a reskin of the Stock Knife and The Wasteland Zapper as a reskin of The Quick Draw
Maps
Craterview: This is a payload map where GRN starts at the bottom of Craterview, when they’re let out there are two ways to get up to the top of Craterview, up the elevator which is how to payload gets up to Craterview or you can run all the way over to the area where you can take stairs up to where a bridges leads straight into Craterview, then it's just pushing the payload through the scrap town with multiple flank routes through caves and houses
Conclusion: I don't expect this to get attention, I just like the idea of my two favorite Roblox games coming together like this and I love the idea of ROLVe collaborating with other Roblox Game Devs to make crossover content that's just as exciting of Team Fortress 2's Crossover Content, so if you have an idea for a crossover, spill the beans, I'm sure people want to hear it
