flanker but he's literally just a normal guy

Note : i was just playing this game after a break
God i love using the soda popper, people will say that is not too good but come on guys.. can you not press the spacebar for like 1 second?
Soda popper is the best weapon for more offensive flankers that they know spamming the spacebar will not save them.
(soda popper can be combined with the super sneakers so you can literally become phoon)
god i just cant live without my double jump
i main the pyro..er, arsonist. and when i play sco- flanker, im probably playing it so i can run around wildly and double jump to my hearts content. and soda popper just takes that away from me. im not very good at flanker and i usually play it just to goof off and have fun. the soda popper may be the best primary, but it just makes me feel like im playing engine-inven-mechanic minus fun mechanic mechanics. tbh i dont see a point in using it.
i get it, its not that big of a deal, but it is for me. the double jump is something i heavily utilize when i play scout and having that ripped away from me makes the game less fun. it sucks.
I'm back (I forgot my password and was I too lazy to remember it.)

What do you guys think is the best weapon, i think soda popper is a strong contender
They aren't that bad, I actually think they are decent and VERY underrated, stick with me in this post where I will discuss how cool they are!
First of all, let's start on what can it do, why and how to use the Soda Popper, then I will list the things that might get you out of running the weapon, after that, we will do the same with the Cold Shoulder.
For starters, the Soda Popper is just a Lupara DB without the knockback and a cool meter, so if you know how to use the Lupara, it won't be so hard to use for you. Remember the meter that I mentioned a few seconds ago? Well that's the main selling point of this weapon! When it's full it rewards you with your double jump AND 5 extra jumps! Not only that, but you also get CRAAAAZY reloading speed bonus! You can practically hold M1 without worrying a lot!
That's why I recommend using it in VSB, if you wait for crits you could solo a boss with it's higher jumps AND faster reloading speed on top of the already crazy firing speed bonus Flanker gets in that mode.
Now on HOW to use it
You lack your double jump, so you are a lot more fragile than you were before, use the Winger or SS to increase your jumps if that's what you're into, but I personally recommend the Mad Milk, due to it's faster firing speed you can regenerate a lot of hp from the M̶o̶t̶h̶e̶r̶'̶s̶ ̶M̶i̶l̶k̶ Mad Milk, the Pocket Pistol can also do that but it only works on low health opponents. Try using the milk before you engage so you don't stop pumping damage with the Popper.
Know how to pick your fights, if you can't fight someone, try using any long rage harassment to at least soften them up to have a chance of picking them.
Pop it wisely, your jumps are slow and only work on 1v1ns and/or distracting the enemy, pop them when it's necessary.
Now that we're done with the Soda Popper, let's talk about the All-Mighty Cold Shoulder.
First of all, it's similar to the Wrap Assassin, you don't wanna use it as a melee otherwise you could die fairly easily due to its lack of damage (12 dmg in total), but what truly matters is the second fire, maybe the snowball isn't as powerful as the ornament because it deals 0 damage in total, but it is useful nonetheless. Why is it useful you might ask? well, you can blind people with it! Crazy right? The downside is that it only works at long distances unlike the other projectile-launching melees that deal it's base damage and apply the effect for a few seconds, unlike the Snowball that does nothing under 6 studs, what a letdown you might say, but 6 studs aren't as far as you might think, you can still blind that one Trooper chasing you down for 3 seconds, enough to run away from his grasp and live to tell the tale, it can also blind the Brute sitting on the point for 3 or more seconds that are enough for your local power class to deal heavy damage to them without even knowing what hit them.
Now on HOW to use it:
Stay away from your victim, the further you are the most time it will affect them.
Stick with your team, blinding that problematic user that it's a trouble your team for at least 3 seconds can help your team to have a chance against them (I recommend to do this on Wrangled Mechanics too, they aren't aware of their surroundings most of the time).
Remember that your stick deals less damage than a fish, don't use it as a melee weapon until you are sure your victim is at low hp, trust me, the kill icon showing nothing is funnier than you think.
And that's about it, thank you for reading my humble post about these fun weapons, TL:DR for these weapons: Soda Popper: Think that it's a Lupara DB with a cool reward for hitting your shots. Cold Shoulder: Be far away from your victim, it will help your team.
Goldy will be back. And hopefully he will do the things he promised a long time ago to make a post on.

Not Bloxy Boy uses the Soda Popper, Bloxy Cola and Sandman.
(Not Bloxy Boy Render)
This is Bad Tactics the type of post that learns people what not do in game.
Below are the stats of the weapons.
If you cant read it, go to link by clicking here.
From here I will be explaining classes that you can be countered by & counter.
First watch the vid to understand more:
Counters:
A distracted enemy: the trick of the soda popper is to shoot closely, to do more damage to an enemy, and a distracted enemy helps you fill the "hype" easier.
Countered by:
Flanker with stock: The stock primary for flanker, the best option for flanker, a dude with this weapon could kill you easily because he have 6 shots, and you have only 2.
A class that has more than 150 hp: The big problem with sodda pooper is the clip, when you do damage to these enemies, they will find out that a flanker is shooting at him, so they will react quickly.
The Bloxy Cola: The bloxy cola is mediocre, as you see in the gameplay, I only use it to escape when I have low hp, the problem is when the effect ends, it makes you slower, I recommend using other secondary weapons such as the conventional or the winger.
Does it worth play with this loadout?
I would say yes and no, I think the bloxy cola is a disaster, like the sodda popper, you don't really need the extra jumps, I recommend weapons like the lever shotgun and as a secondary, the six point shuriken, It gives bleed when you shoot an enemy, and it is easier to hit that shot with the sandman ball.
