The Beginner's Ballcap is a developer/contributor-exclusive cosmetic for the Flanker. It is an alternative backwards baseball cap that also removes Flanker's bluetooth headset.
The cosmetic was supposedly planned to be added in the Cosmetic Crate Arsenal. However, it was scrapped due to not being different enough from the Flanker's default hat cosmetic.
The Beginner's Ballcap is also available in the hat rotation for Randomizer.
