The Bonesaw is a melee joke weapon for the Doctor. It is a worn, large-toothed medical saw with a thick grey handle.
It is the original concept of the Saw from Team Fortress 2, posing them as stock melee weapons in both games.
Unlike the Saw, the Bonesaw does not grant the user 50% extra health from health packs or drop small health packs on kill.
