The Brain Jam is a cosmetic for the Doctor that can be obtained through the Daily Shop or the discontinued Halloween 2021 Gift Bag or Time Capsule.
When worn, the top of the Doctor's head is replaced with glass revealing his team-colored brain, and his right arm is replaced by a team-colored metal arm.
