TC2 CTE (Typical Colors 2 Community Testing Environment) was a separate version of Typical Colors 2 that functioned as a testing place. Player data such as ranks, unlockables, and Funds did not carry over to the main game. The game contained various content such as Maps, Weapons, and Cosmetics that were tested.
It was made private on November 28th, 2020, renamed to "gone" on May 27th, 2021, had its description changed to 'the tc2 testing server' on June 4th, 2021, was re-opened on December 23rd 2021, and was renamed to "OLD TC2 CTE" with the description changed to state "Re-live 2020" later that same day. As of now, the game is currently closed.
