The Candy Cane is a melee weapon for the Flanker. It is a team-colored candy cane with a ribbon wrapped around it.
Upon killing an enemy, a small health pack will appear no matter what weapon the player used to kill. However, upon death, the user will drop a small health kit that anyone can collect in the place they had died.
There is also a penalty of -40% less ammunition for the primary and secondary weapon, making the user more vulnerable to running out of ammunition in the middle of a fight.
The health pack buff can be very useful in a variety of situations, the Pistol can be used at an enemy who is fighting a teammate to ensure both victory and helping their teammate replenish health, especially if said teammate is a Doctor.

Tips
- If possible, leave the health packs for your wounded teammates and retreat to your team's side to find a health pack for yourself.
- Make sure the enemy team doesn't collect the health pack, as it will greatly benefit the enemy who picked it up and likely lead to one of your teammates dying or being severely injured.
- In Medieval, you can use this to obtain 2 health packs on kill, effectively acting as a medium health kit.
- This is a great weapon to counter enemy Arsonists. If you've managed to kill an arsonist but are still on fire, you can pick up the small health pack to stop the afterburn.
- Collect ammo whenever you can, you can use a teammate's dispenser or pick up ammo dropped by the enemy after their death.
- Similarly to the Bat, you can take advantage of the mini-crits on enemies below 25% of their maximum health bonus to be finish someone off quickly if you are sure that the enemy is low on health.
