The Cheshire Cowl is a cosmetic for the Doctor that can be obtained through the discontinued Halloween 2024 Petrifying Jack-o-Crate.
When equipped, the Doctor will wear a team-colored striped cowl, along with a gray mask featuring a creepy smile with white, sharp teeth printed on the front. Two team-colored cat ears are added on top of the cowl.
This cosmetic has 2 styles: Mask and No Mask. Mask is the default style.
- Mask gives Doctor a gray mask with teeth on the front.
- No Mask is self-explanatory.
The mask, excluding the teeth printing, can be painted using Paint Cans.

- This cosmetic is based off of a fictional character named the Cheshire Cat, one of the supporting characters of the children's story "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland". This is seen with the cowl having cat ears along with Doctor wearing a mask depicting the Cheshire Cat's iconic smile.
