The Civilian was a class for the removed Assassination gamemode from the Pre-Rehaul phase, he had 350 health, was unable to jump, and walked slowly similar to the Brute.

The Civilian appears to be a Caucasian male with a black suit and brown hair. He also has a green tie and green pocket handkerchief that does not change color on the RED team. He also has a downcast expression.

The VIP looks to be a Caucasian male with brown hair and a thick beard. He shares the same stats as the Civilian.

Aside from the Civilian, the VIP has a completely different outfit depending on the team he's on; his GCD outfit shows him to be wearing a white button-up shirt with a green vest and tie, while his RE outfit shows him to be wearing a suit and tie similar to that of the Civilian, the only difference is that his handkerchief and tie are red, and his suit is buttoned-up.
