Collector's Kits are tools to create items in Collectors-quality. Though they are functional in the current state of the game, they will not be officially released to the public due to being scrapped.

They require five duplicates of the same Strange-quality item to be combined into one Collector's item. The Collector's item will take the name and description of the first selected item. Collector's Kits will not accept any weapons with attached strange parts.

They will only accept whatever weapon the specific kit is for. For example, if you were to obtain a Collector's Cold Shoulder kit, you can only use Strange Cold Shoulders in order to obtain a Collector's Cold Shoulder.

Trivia[]

  • Despite being unobtainable, this tool can be given out by the developers using a special panel.
  • The backpack icon is currently taken from Team Fortress 2's Killstreak Kit, which is most likely a placeholder.
