The Deathblow is a secondary weapon for the Trooper, Arsonist and Brute. It is a SPAS-12 combat shotgun with a folding stock and its barrel and tube being shortened.
The weapon's clip is fully reloaded on kills, and deploys and holsters 50% faster, but has 60% more damage fall-off, 50% lower clip size, and reloading is 20% slower, making it a strong combo finisher but difficult to be used as a reliable combat primary.
It is designed to be a great finisher, it rewards precise aiming and knowledge of the opponent's current health while misjudging and missing shots are punished even more.

Tips[]
General[]
- This is the ideal secondary to combine with the Direct Hit, being able to kill any light class after one direct rocket, and don't have to waste precious time reloading.
- Its main usage varies between classes.
- As a Trooper and Arsonist, it can be used as a finisher when you know your opponent has low health.
- Using the Escape Plan with the Deathblow can make a good combo.
- Using the Friendly Fire Foiler with this can mitigate the slower reload speed.
- As a Brute, it can be used for retreating, finishing off your enemy when your minigun runs out of ammo, and as an emergency switch-in option if an enemy gets to you before you can rev your minigun.
- As a Brute, you can pair this with the Fists for several benefits:
- Use the increased weapon swap speed to combo between the Fists and the Deathblow repeatedly while attacking at close range.
- The Fists' passive reload speed buff on shotguns will negate the slower reload penalty.
- The fast deploy and holster speed can be use to negate the Warrior's Spirit's slower deploy and holster speed, making the deploy and holster speed equal to Fists with a Shotgun.
- Because of the slow reload and smaller clip size its best to reload when its safe and best used preparing for combat.
- As a Trooper and Arsonist, it can be used as a finisher when you know your opponent has low health.
Vs. Bosses[]
- Due to it's low clip size and slower reload speed, it often performs worse in most situations compared to other shotguns.
