The Doomsday Helm is a cosmetic for the Annihilator that can be obtained through the Cosmetic Crate 2. It is a white helmet with a small plume on top. The nose and the top of the mouth is completely covered, it two white edges to either side of the mouth and two eye holes.
The entire cosmetic can be painted using Paint Cans.
