The Efficient Eliminator is a primary weapon for the Marksman. It is a bolt-action sniper rifle with a retractable stock and a team-colored grip underneath the barrel.
Its charge speed is increased by 25%, fully charging in 2.25 seconds from 3 seconds and the user does not suffer a movement speed penalty when aiming, in exchange for being forced to unscope when fully charged, presenting scope time-limited and decreased damage frequency. The damage starts at 0 while charging.
This weapon's performance is for mid-range sniping rather than long-range, having a faster charge time means the user has less time to shoot while scoped, even more at longer ranges. This weapon can still be effective from long range, though it will take practice and patience to be good from long-range.

Tips[]
- When scoped in, remember to shoot before the charge bar (which is a lightning symbol) turns fully yellow, otherwise you'll be forced to unscope.
- Your speed stays the same when you're scoped in, so it'll be easier to land a quickscope kill.
- The 50% zoom reduction means you can't shoot from long range, but instead mid-range. This means you'll have to shoot near the front-lines, which is dangerous for a Marksman.
- Brutes will survive headshots from this weapon. If you manage to land a hit, you'll have to depend on your teammates to finish the job.

- Ironically, because of how damage starts at zero when charging, this weapon does no damage unscoped.
