Experimental Test is a special gamemode that can be played within the 'Gamemodes' section in the server browser. This gamemode gives players access to Experimental weapons and re-balances to certain weapons for the sake of testing potential new items or reworks. Besides this, the mode plays largely the same as Standard, having the same map pool and ruleset.

The mode was added along with the Kringle's Annual New Year Expansion update with a select amount of an Experimental weapons and reworks.

Every time a round ends, the following message is displayed in the chat: "Server: Please remember to provide feedback and report bugs!"

Experimental Changes[]

In Experimental Test servers, all players are given access to every Experimental quality weapon listed below, as well as being given 100,000 Funds with which to buy other items. However, your inventory and funds are separate from other modes, so funds earned and items bought do not carry over.

Trivia[]

  • Developers, contributors, and QA testers can use experimental weapons in any gamemode, regardless if it is an experimental test server or not. In this state, they will function with the same stats, restrictions, weapon slot, etc, as the respective weapon.
  • Expanding your backpack is free, instead of costing Robux.
