The First Responder is a primary weapon for the Brute. It appears as a hybrid of the Medigun and the Minigun, with a heart rate monitor mounted on the back.
This weapon has an infinite ammo reserve and restores 33% of the user's health after a kill which can overheal. However, revving up the First Responder completely disables healing from Doctors, dispensers, and the Payload cart, the user's health is drained by 2 health points per shot, and their overheal decays 50% faster.

Tips[]
- The infinite ammo and damage taken on hit effectively means that you are the ammo. Manage your health wisely while using this weapon.
- Using the ROBAR or the Special-Ops Sushi are very powerful combos with this weapon, as they both provide more effective health during a fight and mitigate one of the weapon's primary downsides; those being the damage taken on shot and the overheal decay rate, respectively.
- The Sub Shotgun can also be used as a secondary to clean up any seriously wounded enemies for a lower risk thanks to it being less committal than lunchbox items and not consuming health to use, although it doesn't grant overheal from the dropped burgers.

Trivia[]
- This weapon does not actually have infinite ammo, it actually has an ammo size of 1000. This can be verified by spectating someone with it active.
- The previous name, Ludmila, was inspired from Team Fortress 2's Natascha as it was originally going to be a weapon with similar stats to Typical Colors 2's initial iteration.
- This weapon is named Ludmila in the game's files.
- The old stat, refilling secondary meters statistic was suggested by Campyfire and Plagueknight.
- The old stat, 50% slower overheal decay was actually unintentional, because ExecutiveKrab misinterpreted the stat as slower instead of faster.
- The First Responder was originally going to be removed on April 6, 2022, however it was left available in the Fitten Co. Store and equipable.
- The 2016 model was taken from a Team Fortress 2 workshop weapon named the Heavy Artillery, but without the handles.
