The Fool's Fandango is a cosmetic for the Flanker that was obtainable via beating the Trollge boss in the Mann vs. Machine gamemode during the 2022 April Fool's Day event.

It is a dunce hat made out of cone-squared paper that is attached together with black tape, with the word "DUNCE" written down vertically on the paper along with doodles of little stars.
