The Gravity Coil is a melee weapon for the Brute. It is a comically large blue coil that wraps around the Brute's right arm.
It increases the user's jump height by 300% and grants them full air control at the cost of decreasing the user's movement speed by 25%, decreasing the Brute's movement speed from 14.375 studs/second to 10.78125 studs/second; along with a 25% damage penalty and a slower falling speed all while active.
This weapon serves as a utility tool to reach higher heights, the 300% jump height is comparable to Flanker's double jump without any boosts, allowing Brutes to reach places otherwise out of reach, with a speed and damage penalty.
Every third jump with the Gravity Coil deployed will play a special voiceline.

Tips[]
- Ambushing enemies can be preferable as you can jump with the Gravity Coil to a high location, then surprise the enemies from there.
- You can use the time of when you're falling to rev up a minigun, like the Biker's Blitz to negated the slower rev up speed.
- The Gravity Coil is great for reaching areas that would usually be inaccessible to the Brute, such as the central building in Harvest.
- When falling from a great height, the Gravity Coil can be pulled out at the last second to completely negate any fall damage.
- When coming down while slow falling, don't forget that you make an easy target for enemy Marksmen, and unlike parachuting Troopers, you don't have anything to defend yourself from them.
