The Grease Worker is a cosmetic for the Mechanic that can be obtained through the Alpha Assortment Crate. It gives the Mechanic a different style of hair, his pair of goggles worn, and a scarf.
When worn, Mechanic will have a stained shirt with a rolled up sleeve.

- This cosmetic is based off Mechanic's unused design from the Rehaul phase.
- His scarf model comes from Red Hipster Scarf, an Avatar Shop item.
- His hair model also comes from Crazy Game Dev Hair, another Avatar Shop item.
- Despite the Grease Worker being paintable in the Typical Colors 2 Loadout Viewer, it is not paintable in-game.
