The Homewrecker is a melee weapon for the Arsonist. It is a light-grey sledgehammer with a team-colored handle that has four wires on the other side of the mallet with an electric shock hazard sign on the side and an axial fan inside of it.

The Homewrecker deals 100% more damage towards buildings, destroys enemy sappers, pierces damage resistance effects and bonuses, and reduces the push force taken from damage by 40%. However, it deals 25% less damage to players.

Tips

• This weapon is meant to assist fellow Mechanics by destroying sappers or sneakily destroy enemy buildings with the distracting sound of bullets and flames, being able to disguise the hit sound as wrench hits, thus making an Agent's job harder having fewer options on their role and retreating.
  • Deal with the Agent first, once she retreats or dies, remove the sapper.
• Although it does twice the damage against buildings, the Homewrecker cannot one-shot level 3 buildings. Target buildings that are lower leveled to destroy them faster.
