Genuine is a quality given to items obtained through contests, events, random drops, etc., to differentiate from the same items gained via other methods. If a crate is labelled a Genuine, it is guaranteed an unusual drop.

Duplicate Genuine items can be obtained from random drops. Genuine quality items can be sold for 5 funds each.

They are distinguished by a greenish-blue name tag in the player's inventory as the hexadecimal color code for Genuine items is #4D7455.
