Haunted is a Halloween-designated item quality that is available for certain hats in the Halloween 2018 Costume Crate. They come with their own unique unusual effect.

All Unique variants of the currently listed hats have been replaced with Haunted variants to owners of these hats who obtained them prior to the Typical Horrors update.

They are distinguished with an aquamarine name tag in the player's inventory as the hexadecimal color code for Haunted items is #38F3AB.

Trivia

• The Haunted quality has existed long before its implementation in the Typical Horrors update, similarly to the Strange and Collector's qualities.
• Many Haunted-quality weapons have been given to players by developers. Some of these weapons include; Mule Mauler 600, Medigun, Kritzkrieg, Rocket Launcher, and Poacher's Pride.
  • Originally these Haunted weapons never had an unusual effect or the Ghostify kill effect applied.
