Joseph Fitten's Fist is a melee joke weapon for the Brute. This weapon functions directly the same as the Fist that is used by Joseph Fitten in Vs. Bosses, except for the ability to activate rage.
In this case, players can use this weapon regardless of being in the Vs. Bosses gamemode. Having this weapon equipped will transform the user into Joseph Fitten and have their health dependently increased. They will also be locked to using the melee weapon exclusively.
Joseph Fitten's theme will play when equipped, it can be stopped by pressing ← Backspace.
