The Lad's Lid is a cosmetic for the Annihilator and Marksman that can be obtained via getting the Pirate Plunderer achievement by killing or assisting the kill of the Pirate Captain.
It is a tricorne hat with a skull and crossbones printed on the front, worn over a team-colored bandana and adorned with a golden brim.
The headband can be painted using Paint Cans.
