The Manifest Destiny is a purchasable taunt for Trooper, which can bought for 
750 Funds in the Fitten Co. Store.
When activated, Trooper will pull out an American flag and plant it into the ground to speak a voiceline as he salutes. When the taunt ends, Trooper will grab the flag and put it away.
