The Medieval Practice is a cosmetic for the Doctor that can be obtained from the Alpha Assortment Crate. It is a team-colored hood with a plague doctor mask.
When worn, Doctor will wear a new outfit with epaulettes and mantles similar to the ones worn on The Detective.

- This cosmetic is based off Doctor's unused design from Rehaul.
- The hood is identical to the one previously used by the Advertisement Assassin, but with a slightly different texture.
- The mask comes from an accessory called A Dark Omen on the Avatar Shop.
- The hat itself is based off medieval death doctor masks.
