The Medigun is a secondary joke weapon for the Doctor. It is a modified team-colored fire hose nozzle wrapped in black tape and outfitted with a bottom handle.
It is the original concept of the Medigun from Team Fortress 2, posing them as stock primary weapons in both games. Incidentally, it is also a reskin of the Medigun; healing the same amount per second, and having the same SuperCharge fill time and duration.
