The Motivator is a cosmetic for the Flanker that can be obtained through the Daily Shop or the discontinued Spring 2024 Cosmetic Crate. It is a grey portable media player with a pair of earbuds attached to it.
This cosmetic has 2 styles: Style 1 shows the earbuds laying on Flanker's neck, Style 2 shows them being worn in his ears.
The earbuds can be painted using Paint Cans.
