Ms. Charlie is the Administrator's cautious assistant. She has short black hair with bangs, a yellow shirt, tights, a black skirt, and round glasses. She assigns contracts to the RED and GRN mercenaries.
She is based on Team Fortress 2's Miss Pauling.

Ms. Charlie assigned 20 new contracts for different classes. In exchange, she would reward those who completed the contracts their promised amount of funds, alongside a special souvenir for completing all 20 contracts.
A "Heavy" Update[]
Ms. Charlie currently assigns 2 daily contracts every day for different classes. If the player does not complete their contract in the allotted time, Ms. Charlie will reset the contract to a brand new one.
Typical Horrors III[]
Ms. Charlie assigned 6 new contracts named Heart of Ivory, The Witching Hours, Open-Minded, Top Priority, Pumpkin Flavor, and Spectre Season. Each contract gave either a Strangifier or cosmetics from previous Halloween seasons as well as some funds.

- Ms. Charlie was originally a fan-made character made by AgiRagii, who drew and modelled a design for her.
- The voicelines were originally co-written by Mugzwo.
- The creator, voice actor, and voiceline co-writer for Ms. Charlie were not credited on the Various Visuals update log until the February 21, 2022 patch.
- Ms. Charlie was originally going to be replaced by Carter because she wasn't created by Dorcus Digital in the first place, however it was reconsidered since Typical Colors 2 community like the character. So, both Carter and Ms. Charlie will both co-exist.
- The creator casually provided some aspects and knowledge to give a little profile to Ms. Charlie, as they were given authorization by developers to add canonical abstractions for the character.
- AgiRagii stated Ms. Charlie had a crush on the Flanker, a complete opposite of their Team Fortress 2 counterparts. However, former Lead Developer Aunarky directly said that it isn't canon.
- Her voicelines when starting a Flanker Contract also proved the postulation is non-canon.
- Ms. Charlie is confirmed to be 20 years old and her birthday is on May 14.[1]
- Ms. Charlie's height is 5'11.

- Trooper can be hard to convince or encourage to do something, unless it involves killing people. For one voiceline, Ms. Charlie says "got work" and immediately corrects herself to say "people to clear out".
- Mechanic repairs, maintains, and upgrades Arsonist after each battle.
- Ms. Charlie says "never turn your back upon a foe" to Annihilator, referencing his love for knight's codes.
- Brute cooks his own food.
- The Administrator admires Brute's cooking skills, having asked Ms. Charlie to request a meal from him before giving Brute a contract.
- The lunchbox items (such as the Brash Burger) in the Fitten Co. Store are actually just the ingredients. Brute makes the lunchbox items himself before and during a mission.
- Brute is currently in a biker gang and is called "Big Tony" by the members.
- Despite his innocent appearance, Ms. Charlie knows that Doctor has done some gruesome acts as a medical professional and asks him for spare body parts whenever needed.
- Marksman brews his own Lemonade.
