These tips are official suggestions that appear on a tab in the 'Achievements' menu. They can randomly be cycled by clicking on a button. Smaller tips appear while hovering through classes in Class Selection Screen. Standard tips are replaced with tips for Vs. Bosses whilst in the gamemode.

Particular tips were added in Summer 2021 and originally appeared in the old loading screen.

Flanker[]

  • Quick movements and double jumps!
  • Capture objectives twice as fast.

Standard[]

  • As a Flanker, your speed allows you to easily take advantage of alternate routes and paths. Remember to use them and flank enemies for surprise attacks.
  • As a Flanker, you have the advantage over others with your maneuverability. Use your speed and double jumps to dodge enemies' attacks and hit them back.
  • As a Flanker, you have double the capture rate compared to other classes. Try to capture the objective quick, or make a head start for your teammates while they catch up.
  • As a Flanker, the Shotgun Cannon can shoot very fast, but needs to be loaded first. Try and load it beforehand when confronting enemies.
  • As a Flanker, the Bloxy Cola will temporarily give you immunity to enemy damage. Use it to get through tough choke points or retreat safely.
  • As a Flanker, the Bloxaide will temporarily give you immunity to enemy damage. Use it to get through tough choke points or retreat safely.
  • As a Flanker, the Grill Scout can remove debuffs on teammates when hit. Remember to assist teammates under the effects of afterburn, bleed, milk, or lemonade.
  • As a Flanker, the Wrap Assassin and Sandman's projectile debuff durations will increase based on their distance travelled. Use them further away to maximize their effect!

Vs. Bosses[]

  • As a Flanker in Vs. Bosses, your manuverability [sic] makes it easier to stay alive until there are only two players on your team. Do this to take advantage of the 100% crit rate you gain.
  • As a Flanker in Vs. Bosses, dousing the boss in your Mad Milk can overheal teammates who shoot the boss. Be sure to land the projectile, as this can be a lifesaver for your entire team.
  • As a Flanker in Vs. Bosses, the Wooden Sword will both mark the boss for death, and reduce their rage by 5%. Try to get a quick hit with it on the boss without being spotted!

Trooper[]

  • Rockets cause splash damage to hit enemies.
  • Rocket jump to traverse quickly!

Standard[]

  • As a Trooper, always try to gain the high ground with your Rocket Launcher. Aiming down on enemies is much easier than the latter, and can help you deal more damage!
  • As a Trooper, be sure to aim at enemies' feet so they cannot avoid the explosion damage.
  • As a Trooper, you can blast jump to great distances by simultaneously firing a rocket at a nearby surface and jumping. Crouching while you jump will increase your momentum gained.
  • As a Trooper, consider damaging yourself in safe situations when a Doctor is healing you. Their charge builds slower while you're overhealed.
  • As a Trooper, if an enemy Arsonist is airblasting your rockets, use your Shotgun to give them something they can't reflect!
  • As a Trooper, the Cow Mangler's special attack can be used to temperarly [sic] disable buildings.
  • As a Trooper, the G-Bomb blasts enemies 65% further than other Rocket Launchers. Use this to your advantage by pushing enemies into Sentry Guns or knocking them away from Control Points!
  • As a Trooper, the Torpedo Tube's damage is based on how far the projectile travels. Use it to your advantage by sticking close to large, open areas!
  • As a Trooper, the Personal Death Ray can hit the same enemy multiple times, and will hit the most times on enemies who are moving away from the projectile. Use it to punish retreating enemies!

Vs. Bosses[]

  • As a Trooper in Vs. Bosses, hitting the boss while they are in midair will guarantee a mini-crit. Be sure to land these shots for huge damage output.
  • As a Trooper in Vs. Bosses, the Battalion's Backup will fully charge upon taking one hit from the boss. When active, it will grant 87.5% damage resistance to nearby teammates. This can be game changer when used in large groups!
  • As a Trooper in Vs Bosses, Market Garden crits dealt while blast jumping will deal damage equivalent to 10% of the boss' max health. Try and find opportunities to land these hits, without sacrificing all of your health.

Arsonist[]

  • Flame-based weaponry!
  • Ambush enemies for damaging opportunities.
  • Enemies recieve [sic] afterburn damage.

Standard[]

  • As an Arsonist, your Flamethrower can airblast which can reflect enemy projectiles and extinguish burning teammates. Use it to both attack enemies and assist teammates.
  • As an Arsonist, you can ignite enemy Agents if they are cloaked or disguised. Remember to check your teammates if they act suspicious.
  • As an Arsonist, the Degreaser will shorten time between switching your weapons. Pair this with your other weapons for a quick, deadly combo.
  • As an Arsonist, the Interceptor guarantees critical hits when used from behind. Take advantage of alternate routes to flank enemies with these deadly flames.
  • As an Arsonist, you can use the Detonator to jump to high places and get around quicker. Use this to ambush players or close the distance between you and them.
  • As an Arsonist, the Homewrecker can destroy Sappers on teammates' buildings. Work with nearby Mechanics to ensure their buildings aren't destroyed.
  • As an Arsonist, the Escapist's Escapade will give you a speed boost while active, and also after hitting an enemy. If necessary, use it to retreat in dire circumstances!
  • As an Arsonist, the Mending Mallet will grant overheal if used as the final blow. Try and use it as a finishing tool for weakened targets!

Vs. Bosses[]

  • As an Arsonist in Vs. Bosses, airblasting the boss can be key to your survival, but be wary. The boss will gain rage whenever they are airblasted, and it can lead to their victory.

Annihilator[]

  • Dangerous explosives!
  • Grenade launcher deals deadly damage!
  • Use stickybombs to lay traps.

Standard[]

  • As an Annihilator, your Grenade Launcher is powerful, but at close range it can harm you as well. Try to keep a distance from the enemy, otherwise you might be the perpetrator of your own demise!
  • As an Annihilator, crouch before blast jumping to ensure you achieve maximum height.
  • As an Annihilator, you can blast jump with both your Stickybombs and Grenades. If you want to prioritize ammo for one, use the other for blast jumps.
  • As an Annihilator, blast jumping before shield-charging will extend your charge's distance significantly. Use this to get in and out of fights quickly!
  • As an Annihilator, you can shoot Stickybombs further by holding down MOUSE1.
  • As an Annhilator [sic], the Irish Guard is very useful for defending. You can place multiple Stickybomb groups and detonate them separately.
  • As an Annihilator, a successful hit with the Katana will instantly kill any enemy also wielding it.
  • As an Annihilator, the Black Death will collect heads from enemies to become stronger, even stored heads that enemies have collected.

Vs. Bosses[]

  • As an Annihilator in Vs. Bosses, your Grenade Launcher will always deal critical hits. Be sure to land your shots and scavenge for ammo to take advantage.
  • As an Annihilator in Vs. Bosses, shields will let you endure one hit from the boss, and can grant an opportunity for a fast escape. This can be vital for surviving until the round's end.
  • As an Annihilator in Vs Bosses, Shock and Awe crits dealt while blast jumping will deal damage equivalent to 10% of the boss' max health. Be sure to find opportunities to sneak these hits in.

Brute[]

  • Slow, but high health.
  • Minigun mows down enemies!

Standard[]

  • As a Brute, your minigun will become more powerful and more accurate after revving up for several seconds. Use it to maximize your damage!
  • As a Brute, the Maxine doesn't slow you down while revved up, and speeds you up while firing. Use this to your advantage by moving as much as possible, but be wary about the ammo it eats.
  • As a Brute, the Tomislav produces no sound while revved up. Try and surprise enemies by hiding around corners!
  • As a Brute, the M249 can be shot without being revved up. Try and switch between your weapons often to take advantage of it, but be wary of your ammo.
  • As a Brute, your lunchbox items can be dropped with Secondary Fire and can heal injured teammates. If you're being healed, save the food for your Doctor.
  • As a Brute, your lunchbox items can be recharged by collecting health packs while at full health. Keep this in mind to always have food ready.
  • As a Brute, the Eviction Notice will speed you up after killing an enemy. Try and finish off a close enemy if you run out of Minigun ammo, and use the speed boost to find more.
  • As a Brute, the Fists of Steel ranged damage resistance can counter enemy Marksman. Use it to protect yourself when moving through open areas.

Vs. Bosses[]

  • As a Brute in Vs. Bosses, the Speed Coil and Boxing Gloves give you a 30% speed boost while active. However, they also drain 7 max HP per second, so be wary of your health.
  • As a Brute in Vs. Bosses, staying alive as one of the last two players on your team can be lethal. Be sure to stay alive to take full advantage.

Mechanic[]

  • Deploy buildings to support teammates.
  • Recieve [sic] metal from ammo pickups.
  • Use metal to upgrade your buildings!

Standard[]

  • As a Mechanic, you can rotate your buildings with Secondary Fire. Use this to place your Sentry Guns at fined angles or direct teammates with your teleporters.
  • As a Mechanic, be sure to place your dispenser near the front lines. This allows retreating teammates to stay closer to the battlefield.
  • As a Mechanic, remember to upgrade your Teleporters to level 3. Doing this does not take long, and it will save your teammates from having to wait longer.
  • As a Mechanic, you can repair, upgrade, and destroy Sappers on your Teleporter from both sides. If your Exit is in danger, you can stay at your Entrance and still repair it!
  • As a Mechanic, remember to check for Agents around your buildings, especially if someone suspicious approaches.
  • As a Mechanic, Agents can place Sappers on your buildings to disable and destroy them over time. Use your Wrench to destroy these.
  • As a Mechanic, you can manually destroy your Sentry Gun with the Avenger to gain revenge crits. Do this if you're in a tight spot and need to escape.
  • As a Mechanic, you can use the Eureka Effect to teleport to your base and your Teleporter Exit. If you're in a tough spot, or need supplies, teleport out!

Vs. Bosses[]

  • As a Mechanic in Vs. Bosses, hauling buildings will not reduce your speed. Take advantage of this by moving your Sentry Gun to more opportunistic locations quickly.
  • As a Mechanic in Vs. Bosses, your Sentry Gun can knock the boss back far and hard. This can be vital to ensuring your survival.
  • As a Mechanic in Vs. Bosses, your Dispensers and Teleporters will always be level 3. Use this to your advantage by creating an escape teleporter and granting teammates plenty of health with your DIspenser [sic].

Doctor[]

  • Use your medigun to heal teammates!
  • Healing builds Supercharge.
  • When activated, Supercharge makes healed teammates invulnerable!

Standard[]

  • As a Doctor, you can fool enemies into thinking you are fully charged with the Supercharge Ready! voice command.
  • As a Doctor, you are important for your team's survival. However, enemies will aim to target you because of this. Be wary of your surroundings and look out for routes enemies can take to flank you.
  • As a Doctor, you can see the health of enemies; use this information to identify weakened enemies to your team.
  • As a Doctor, teammates that have been out of combat for a long time will heal at triple the rate of normal.
  • As a Doctor, you can use your Supercharge without a target to save yourself from dire situations.
  • As a Doctor, it is always better to use a Supercharge too early rather than losing it on death.
  • As a Doctor, taunting with the Amputator will heal all nearby teammates.
  • As a Doctor, hitting an enemy with the Supersaw will give you 20% to your charge. This can help you out of a bad spot or help you charge teammates quicker.
  • As a Doctor, it is possible to heal enemy agents! If your heal target is acting suspicious, make sure they're not an agent by shooting them with your primary.

Vs. Bosses[]

  • As a Doctor in Vs. Bosses, overheals you grant will not decay. Take advantage of this by healing everyone you can before the round begins.
  • As a Doctor in Vs. Bosses, your Ubercharge will grant both Crits and Uber. Using this at the right time can prove lethal to the boss.
  • As a Doctor in Vs. Bosses, the Dairy Douser will douse the boss in Milk, which can overheal any teammates who attack them. Try and keep the boss doused at all times for maximized healing.

Marksman[]

  • Snipe enemies from long range.
  • Charge shots by staying scoped in.

Standard[]

  • As a Marksman, a fully charged headshot with your Sniper Rifle can kill most classes immediately.
  • As a Marksman, your Sniper Rifle will do less damage if you're too close to the enemy. Stay at range to maximize your damage!
  • As a Marksman, the Lemonade can be thrown to coat enemies, who take mini-crit damage when doused.
  • As a Marksman, the Cozy Camper is your best friend if you rarely use your secondary. Not only will it restore your health, but it will ensure you never flinch.
  • As a Marksman, the Razorback will block a single backstab attempt. If you find yourself falling victim to backstabs, try it out and be sure to keep it charged.
  • As a Marksman, the Camper's Climber can propel you to new high ground and reach locations where enemies' can't flank you.
  • As a Marksman, the Lemoblade can be a deadly combo if used with the Lemonade. Coat an enemy with your Lemonade and hit them with the Lemoblade for a critical hit.
  • As a Marksman, the Mischievous Machete will deal more damage the lower your health is. Try and use it if you're in a pinch with no other options left.

Vs. Bosses[]

  • As a Marksman in Vs. Bosses, your Sniper Rifle can mark the boss to all of your teammates. Be sure to land your shots to assist in locating the boss.
  • As a Marksman in Vs. Bosses, the Sour Shots can both mark the boss and coat them in Lemonade, which guarantees crits. Try and douse the boss with your shots whenever you can.
  • As a Marksman in Vs. Bosses, the Razorback will allow you to endure one hit from the boss. This can help you escape any bad situations you find yourself in.

Agent[]

  • Disguise as enemies!
  • Cloak to go invisible.
  • Sneak behind enemies for backstabs!

Standard[]

  • As an Agent, use teammates as distractions when trying for backstabs. Enemies will have a harder time noticing you if they're already focused on someone else.
  • As an Agent, be sure to remember the location of ammo packs to keep your cloak meter high. Running out of cloak in a bad spot can lead to your demise.
  • As an Agent, decloaking makes a noise that can alert enemies to your position. Try to decloak when there's loud sounds or nobody around!
  • As an Agent, the Silenced Pistol will not notify enemies that they are hit. Use it to distract enemies from going to the front lines!
  • As an Agent, the Cloak Revolver is perfect if you need to stay cloaked for long periods of time.
  • As an Agent, the Dead Ringer can be used to fake your own death. Use it when you're weak, otherwise you may waste it.
  • As an Agent, the Swift Stiletto will give you a speed boost after a kill, making it a useful tool for escape if you are spotted.
  • As an Agent, Your Eternal Reward grants you buffs based on which class you are disguised as. Try and take advantage to ensure your survival.

Vs. Bosses[]

  • As an Agent in Vs Bosses, cloaking will give you a large damage resistance to attacks from the boss. Use your cloak to ensure your survival.
  • As an Agent in Vs Bosses, backstabbing the boss will deal damage equivalent to 10% of their max health, but also has a cooldown. Try to backstab the boss and escape to finish the cooldown.

Bosses[]

  • As the boss Bloxy Boy, your rage gives you a short period of invulnerability and 20 Sandman baseballs. Use these to slow down enemy Flankers and take them down.
  • As the boss Brutal Marksman, your rage gives you a Huntsman with 9 arrows. Use this as a good opportunity to take down overhealed enemies without getting close.
  • As the boss Joseph Fitten, your rage will stun any close enemies, as well as disabling and halving nearby Building health. This can give you a large opportunity to take down clusters of enemies.
  • As the boss Mad Mechanic, your rage will grant you a short period of invulnerability, while also stunning nearby Buildings and enemies. This combination can prove key to downing enemy Mechanic bases.
  • As the Pirate Captain, your rage will summon a number of Deckhand minions. Use them as distractions to land finishing blows.
  • As the boss Unfortunate Son, your rage gives you invulnerability that lasts 20 seconds long. Be sure to make the most of it!
