The Open Mind is a cosmetic for Doctor that can be obtained through the Daily Shop or the removed Open Minded contract or the discontinued Halloween 2018 Costume Crate or Time Capsule. It is an electrode headcap with signal waves attached to it, replacing Doctor's significant headgear.
The lights can be painted using Paint Cans.
