The Phoney Frank is a cosmetic for Brute that can be obtained through the Daily Shop or through the discontinued Halloween 2023 Costume Crate. It gives Brute a district new haircut, alters his beard, and adds bolts as earrings.
When worn, Brute will wear a long sleeve sweater with stitches and chains wrapped around his arms with fire effects.
