The Pincher is a primary joke weapon for the Doctor. It takes on the appearance of the Syringe SMG's 2017 model.
It fires 25% faster, deals 40% less damage, and has a 5% smaller clip size. It fires projectiles that travel 25% faster than the Syringe Crossbow's arrows.
This weapon is part of the Randomizer weapon pool and available to be given to custom Bosses.
