The ROLVe CO. Test Series Crate was a crate containing cosmetics. It is a ordinary crate with a keylock, locking the attached chains.
This crate was used for testing the crate system when it was first brought to the game during the Rehaul phase. It was replaced with the Cosmetic Crate 1 after the rehaul phase had ended.
It cost 
10 Funds to purchase one of these crates and 
1 Key at the time.
