The Radio Runner is a cosmetic for the Flanker that can be obtained through the Daily Shop, the removed Premium Battle Pass on tier 4 or through the discontinued Summer 2022 Cosmetic Crate. It is a team-colored military patrol cap with yellow zippers and stud buttons on the front. It also has a single-sided headset ported to the cap and a pair of brown tactical shades.

When worn, the Flanker will equip a camo printed shirt and a portable boombox that replaces his signature backpack.

The mic, glasses, zippers, and stud buttons on the cap are able to be painted using Paint Cans.
