The Rough Patch is a cosmetic for the Flanker that can be obtained through the Daily Shop. It could have also been obtained by completing the discontinued Milk Man contract, or through the discontinued Holiday 2021 Secret Gift or Time Capsule. It is a team-colored coat with a fur collar that keeps Flanker's signature accessories.

When worn, the Flanker will equip the said coat with fur cuffs and a collar. It also provides a duffel bag with the word "Mail" on it, and his belt is replaced with Trooper's belt.

The fur collar and cuffs are able to be painted using Paint Cans.

• The Rough Patch was originally going to be called Express Delivery, as it is evidently included in the stats for Holiday 2021 Secret Gift.
• This cosmetic appears in Arsenal under the Roughian Flanker skin.
  • However, he lacks his duffel bag reading "Mail", and instead wears a retextured version of the One Shoulder Canvas Backpack, which can be found in the Roblox Catalog.
