Tips[]

This content is transcluded from Bat § Tips
  • Unlike other stock weapons in the game, the Bat swings twice as fast in turn for a -50% damage penalty.
    • For example: where a stock weapon that deals 65 damage per hit takes two hits to kill a 125 HP class, the Bat will take four hits.
  • This weapon can be used to finish off low health opponents at close range without needing to waste ammo. (Refer to Critical Damage Values chart above)
    • This is the only melee weapon for Flanker that does the "crit under 25% HP" effect, so it's a very viable weapon if you're struggling with his alternate melee weapons.
  • Since you're the fastest class in the game, you cam easily rush down opponents by dodging incoming attacks and secure a kill with the Bat.
  • Try circling around an enemy while hitting them with the Bat to avoid getting hit while you deal damage.
    • This strategy especially works on Brutes, who move slowly and have trouble hitting enemies when they're all up in their face.
  • The critical hits on enemies under 25% HP bonus can be useful when paired with the Baby Face's Blaster, as a critical hit can instantly fill the meter up even if its empty.
