The Sentry Buster[1] is a melee joke weapon for the Annihilator. It transforms the user into the Sentry Buster from Team Fortress 2, a team-colored robotic pair of legs with a large naval mine for a torso.
It increases the wearer's health by 2325, up to 2500. However, it also disables the user's primary and secondary weapon slots. Clicking will start a taunt that cannot be interrupted. The taunt in question, once completed, will cause a huge explosion, dealing 4500 damage against enemies and buildings and instantly killing the user in the process.
