The Silenced Pistol is a primary weapon for the Agent. It resembles a Soviet Makarov PM-II semi-automatic DA/SA handgun, with a custom and longer threaded barrel and a generic suppressor attached to it.

Shooting someone with this weapon will not reveal the user's position, meaning the red arrows that usually appear when a player is damaged do not appear on their screen if you shoot them. It has a 66% clip size bonus, 66% more maximum secondary ammo and fires 25% faster than the Revolver. However, it deals 30% less damage.

It is mainly used to pick off unaware or low health enemies, such as Marksmen who gain massive tunnel vision once they begin scoping in, or lone Doctors who can't be backstabbed for whatever reason. Despite its low base damage, it is still viable for destroying sapped buildings, as the increased firing speed actually raises its DPS against them.

Tips

  • The Silenced Pistol pushes users to be more stealthy instead of straight-forward with their kills.
  • While your bullets don't reveal which direction you're shooting from, enemies can still see and hear that they're losing health.
    • Most players, when receiving damage, will automatically turn around if they don't see an enemy in front of them, which would be bad news for an Agent.
  • Try to only use the Silenced Pistol when your opponents are distracted by your teammates. That way, you can easily sneak some bullets in.
  • This gun won't be as useful when fighting off an enemy who found you out, so beware.
  • The Silenced Pistol takes slightly longer to reload (2.2 seconds, compared to the Revolver's 1.7), so you'll need to reload as early as possible to avoid any "split-second timing between life and death" events.

Trivia

  • This weapon is called the Pistol Silenced in the game files, this is due to the name Silenced Pistol being taken by the Revolver that previously replaced the original version of this weapon.
  • The current design uses the same model as the Makarov in Arsenal, except it has a suppressor and the grip is a different texture.
