It fires in bursts of 2 shots with the second card dealing bleed damage, with its clip size is increased by 66% at the cost of dealing 45% less damage. Additionally, it does not require any ammo, similar to weapons such as the Cow Mangler 5000 and Einsteinium.

Tips[]
- Remember that the cards are not projectiles. They deal damage using hitscan.
- This means that you simply need to aim directly at enemies, not aim at an angle.
- The Sinister Suit changes Agent's playstyle dramatically, as it turns her into a long-range threat instead of a stealthy backstabber.
- Every card has 100% accuracy and they make enemies bleed on hit.
- Look for enemies at a distance and shoot cards at them for chip damage. This way, you can help your teammates get a small advantage.
- If you're planning to stay with Agent's usual stealth playstyle, don't get too cocky with this weapon.
- Remember that attacking with your primary weapon or knife will make you lose your disguise. Do not use this weapon recklessly.
- The -45% damage penalty will not help you fight off any foes who discover you unlike your Revolver, so beware.
- If a situation gets ugly, remember that you can cloak and run away.
- Do not use this weapon against stronger enemies such as the Trooper or the Brute. To them, a card that deals 22 damage is merely a scratch.
- You can use the bleed debuff to expose the locations of enemy Agents, even if they are disguised or cloaked.
- The chip damage and bleed effect combined make this weapon great at getting assists as well as kills. Combined with the Wraith, you can get Magic quite easily while using the Sinister Suit's range advantage to stay with your team where you can take advantage of the spells better.
