The Terror-Vision is a cosmetic for the Mechanic that can be obtained through the Daily Shop or the discontinued Halloween 2018 Costume Crate or Time Capsule.
It is a television screen that goes over Mechanic's head, with the screen displaying a team-colored visual face.
This cosmetic has four styles: "Happy-go-Lucky", "Insentient", "Self-Aware", "Game Over". "Happy-go-Lucky" is the default style.
- Happy-go-Lucky changes the facial expression to be happy-looking.
- Insentient changes the facial expression to be neutral-looking.
- Self-Aware changes the facial expression to be sad-looking.
- Game Over changes the facial expression to be dead-looking.
The screen can be painted using Paint Cans.

Trivia
- The cosmetic's name is based off an 1986 movie of the same name.
- The 2018 RED and GRN models were taken from the Roblox accessories called the Red Screen of Death and the Grandpappy Computer, respectively, from the Avatar Shop.
- It was planned to be available as a contract hat for the Typical Horrors update, but it and the rest of the Typical Horrors contracts (excluding the Pigeon Mask and Omniscient Oculi contracts) were never added.[1]
