The Twin-Turbolence is a primary weapon for the Annihilator. It is a reskin of the stock Grenade Launcher, with the appearance of a vacuum cleaner.
The Twin-Turbolence has a 1 in 60 chance of dropping to a player's inventory in any given round, but if the user scored more than 10 points they will instead have a 1 in 30 chance to get a drop.
Killing a player with this weapon will turn them into an ice statue, similar to the Icicle.

Tips[]
This content is transcluded from Grenade Launcher § Tips
- The grenades relatively slow travel, heavy arcing, and bouncing off walls and floors should all be accounted for to make the best use of the Grenade Launcher.
- Take note of the environment around you to fully use the properties of the grenades.
- Keeping distance from enemies with this weapon is important since being up close to an enemy player can result in you killing yourself from splash damage due to grenades exploding upon a direct hit.
- Splash damage from your grenades that did not directly hit can also be a cause of death in combat.
- Remember that your grenades can be airblasted by Arsonists. If you get hit by your own stuff, you'll receive mini-crit damage.
- You will know if your grenade got airblasted when it changes into the Arsonist's team color. (For example: a GRN Annihilator shoots a grenade at a RED Arsonist. When the Arsonist airblasts, it turns from green to red.)
- Unlike Trooper's rockets which need precise aim and timing to send back, your grenades are affected by gravity and allows the Arsonist more time to react. Plus, a grenade only needs to be airblasted in the general direction to deal damage.
- Keeping your distance and predicting where the enemy is heading can lead to more successful hits, due to the grenades slow travel rate. Aiming a few feet in front of the enemy rather than behind or directly aiming at them can lead to better results.
- The enemy's distance from you, their speed, whether they are jumping, and many other factors should all be accounted for when predicting where to aim your grenades.
- Landing two direct hits with the Grenade Launcher can kill most classes when not overhealed. Keep this in mind while fighting groups of enemies, along with the splash damage of the grenades.
- A notable exception is Brute, with his 300-base health. However, his slow movement can ease in landing three quick direct hits to take him down. Cover can also be very effective to quickly duck behind while fighting Brute.
- The grenades can be used for explosive jumping just like Trooper's Rocket Launcher. This is not as effective as the Rocket Launcher for the lack of instant detonation and the grenade bouncing but can still be effective for reaching moderately high-up locations or moving forward more quickly.
- Keep in mind that your grenades deal damage to yourself. Use explosive jumping in a pinch and pay attention to your health.
- Be aware of the number of grenades you have. Take time to reload when out of combat, and in combat temporarily ducking behind a wall or crate can get you just enough time to reload.
- Make sure to give enough time for grenades to fully reload. Switching to a different weapon too quickly can lead to the reload not completing, leading to still having no active grenades ready.
- Make sure to use your grenades effectively. Spamming them can lead to quickly running out of ammo, which can be very detrimental.
- Spamming still can have its use; however, it is not the recommended main strategy.
