[ | The full moon has vanquished much of TC2's unoptimized programming. ―Update log introduction. |
] |
Typical Horrors II was a major update released on October 31, 2022. This update is accomodated by Aunarky and ExecutiveKrab.
The main focus of this update was not for adding content, but rather to add quality-of-life features and to heavily optimize the game. Although there is not much new content to showcase, the previous year's maps and drops are in rotation to compensate.

- At the end of in-game update log, there is a barely-visible yet edited image of streamer Jerma985 eating a McChicken.
- Before the Black Death's speed cap was fixed, those who equipped it would be unable to jump and effectively made them the same speed as a revved up Brute. If the player tried to change melees, an error message would pop up saying "Sorry!". They were added to punish players who abused the bug. These would be removed the next day.
Bugs[]
- Team sorting was accidentally removed this update. This was fixed 3 days later.
- The Black Death's speed cap was accidentally removed. This was fixed a day later.
- On the first few hours of the update release, equipping the Grease Worker would kick you from the game. This was intended for exploiters trying to equip developer-exclusive cosmetics.
- Your crosshair wouldn't change after spectating a teammate until you died. This was fixed a few hours later.
