Vs. Bosses community servers are a double-edged sword, they can either be somewhat playable with decently balanced bosses or effortless garbage comprised of bosses taken from the Discord with free-model maps. As someone who has spent at least 60% of their TC2 playtime on VSB, I want to share my opinions on some of them; mostly regarding their balancing.
I am fully aware that balancing a boss is difficult due to the stupid fucking vsb "rework", but some people just don't even try and it shows.

Survive a variety of different horrors! Unfinished | Mariolighyer | Undoubtly, the best Vs. Bosses community server. Although the bosses are not the best in terms of balancing, the maps completely make up for it. Every map (which were made by Mario) is very well made, with lots of effort being put into each one of them. Unfortunately BHOP Demon is enabled, which is one of my least favorite settings in VSB servers due to it giving way too much mobility to the RED team, allowing them to stall rounds almost indefinitely; certain maps don't help as some of them are massive. |

68 ACTUALLY balance FPE bosses(OP bosses are rare) | MrCrescentMoonSpooky | As one of the few Fundamental Paper Education-related Vs. Bosses community servers, it is unsurprisingly terrible. Bosses are either really powerful or complete garbage, every map is a free model taken from the Toolbox, and BHOP Demon + Roll The Dice are enabled. The only positive thing I can say about this server compared to the others is that it isn't a glorified roleplay server. |
