The Walking Death is a cosmetic for Trooper, it is available through the Daily Shop or the discontinued Halloween 2023 Costume Crate. It is Trooper's significant helmet, albeit barely fractured with a brain poking out and a worm sticking out of it. He gains a long messy hair sticking out of his helmet and his stubble changed to a grey beard.
When worn, Trooper's significant coat and pants appears to have dried blood on it. He also equipped a spiked belt around his jacket with a skull in the middle and spiked arm cuffs. He loses a chunk of his right leg, being replaced with a bone.
The worm coming out of Trooper's head can be painted using Paint Cans.

- The worm in Trooper's brain is jokingly named 'Warlo', as stated in one of MidnightKrystal's TC2 streams on Twitch.
- The worm was originally going to be in Trooper's leg instead of his brain, according to the original 2022 concept art.
