The Water Boy is a cosmetic for the Flanker that can be obtained through the Daily Shop or the discontinued Summer 2022 Purple Cosmetic Cooler. It is a team-colored cap that replaces Flanker's signature cap, albeit reversed.
When worn, the Flanker will retain his original clothing, however the textures of his shirt are changed to be vertical stripes with white long sleeves on both of his arms. He will also wear a water tank behind his back, replacing his signature backpack, and a water bottle strapped to his right leg.
