The Wooden Sword is a melee weapon for the Flanker. It is a wooden sword with a large blade and black straps on the grip.
This weapon can mark a single target for death for 15 seconds at a time, causing all damage they take to be mini-crits.
This allows you to mark a powerful enemy such as a Brute so that all of your teammates can deal more damage to them. The weapon also deals crits whenever it would normally mini-crit, allowing you to deal normal damage afterwards if you choose. The weapon also deploys and holsters 35% faster, making it a great weapon to combo with other weapons.
The mark for death will disappear if the user dies shortly after hitting an enemy player.
The weapon removes the effect of a Bloxy Cola user upon hitting them.

Tips
- You can use the Wooden Sword as a combo weapon with your secondary and/or primary. Mark the enemy for death, then attack them with your damage dealing weapons.
- Cooperate with your teammates so they can distract enemies while you mark them for extra damage.
- Don't just rush the enemies with the Wooden Sword in your hand when they're aware of you; it's better to play further into your role as a Flanker, and utilize alternate paths to get the drop on enemies.
- Hitting enemies with the Wooden Sword can come in handy after a battle. You can easily track down your opponent and finally finish them off.
- You can mark Agents with the Wooden Sword to reveal them to your team. And the mark for death shows them while cloaked.
- Make sure to stay alive after marking for death an enemy, as dying will result in the debuff being removed from the enemy player you just marked.

Trivia
- This weapon used the Sandman's weapon slot as at the time, the Sandman was not being made before it was replaced thus anyone who owned the Sandman would receive the Wooden Sword for free when it was removed.
- The Sandman was later re-added with no additional bonuses to those who previously owned one.
- Its old model was taken from a Roblox Gear called Wooden Sword.
